Ashford is adjacent to beautiful Cong village famous for the ‘Quiet Man’ movie with lovely woodland and river walks. The hotel looks onto Lough Corrib and boat trips are possible from the hotel dock. Not a castle as such, this grandiose manor hotel has certainly a castle’s size and features.  

The olde world luxury of Adare Manor on magnificent grounds adjacent to Irelands prettiest village Adare make it a huge hit with discerning visitors. Complete with its own 18 hole golf course and walking trails. Gorgeous rooms and superb service make this one of the best in Ireland

Balltnahinch castle hotel

More a country house than a castle and more casual than unrestrained luxury. Set amidst 450 acres of woodland in the beautiful Connemara area with mountains, rivers and lakes. Dine on locally caught fish.

Ballyseede Castle

This is county Kerrys only castle hotel. It was the home of the earls of Desmond, who went to war with the Queen. The castle includes an Irish wolfhound and  knights armour in the hallway.
